Show William Howard (Toby) Adams Marries Lehi Miss in Friday Wedding Ceremony Miss Elese Jackson became the bride of William Howard (Toby) Adams in a wedding ceremony which took place at the home of the bride's parents, par-ents, Friday in Lehi. Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Clell Jackson of that City. Mr. and Mrs. Howard M. Adams, Phoenix, Ariz, and former Parowan residents, are parents of the bridegroom. After the vows were spoken the couple was honored at a dinner at the Alpine Country Club. The new Mrs. Adams Is a graduate of Utah State University Uni-versity in Logan where she has been working toward a master's degree. Mr. Adams was also graduated from the USU and has a master's degree de-gree in political science. His outstanding work at that school earned him a fellowship fellow-ship to the University of Min- nesota, but the armed forces call kept him from using it but it will be available when his tour of duty is ended. At USU he affiliated with Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Sigma Alpha. He is presently serving serv-ing with the U. S. Army and is stationed at Fort Myer, Va. Attending the wedding were tne parents or tne bridegroom, Mr. and Mrs. Howard M. Adams and sons Rick, Kevin and Jerry, of Phoenix. Attending Attend-ing from Parowan were Kent Pendleton and his daughters Jeanne and Cindy, and Reldon Matheson, who was present to perform the duties of best man for the bridegroom. The newly weds honeymooned honeymoon-ed on their way back to his base at Fort Myers. |
