Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate ap-propriate water in Iron County, Coun-ty, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise other-wise designated. Locations are SLB&M. a-5211, Cedar City Corporation, Corpora-tion, Cedar City, Utah, proposes pro-poses to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 5.0 sec.-ft. of water evidenced by Application No. 25257 (73-1023). The water was to have been diverted from a 16-inch well 100-150 ft. deep, at a point N. 50 ft. and E. 1800 ft. from WV. Cor. Sec. 16, T34S, R11W, and used from March 15 to October 15 for ir-rigation ir-rigation of 300 acres within Ntt Sec. 16, T34S, R11W. Hereafter, the 5.0 sec.-ft. of water is to be diverted from a 16-in. well 350-500 ft. deep, at a point S. 1289 ft. and E. 1550 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 11, T36S, R11W, and used as a supplemental supply for municipal mun-icipal purposes within corporate corpor-ate limits of Cedar City. The right being moved by this change will not exceed the acre-foot limitations of 300 acres. ac-res. . 38183 (71-2968), A. B. and Ruth Larsen, Beryl, Utah, propose pro-pose to divert .015 sec.-ft. of water from an 8-in. well 100-200 100-200 ft. deep, at a point N. 10 ft. and W. 400 ft. from Ett Cor. Sec. 25, T33S, R17W, to be used supplementally for domestic do-mestic purposes of one family and for stockwatering of 300 cattle, all uses in SENE1. Sec. 25, T33S, R17W. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on or before June 24, 1967.
