Show NEWS FROM KMARRAVILLE week. Mrs. LaWauna Kirk of Salt Lake City spent a few days here with her mother, Lynn Williams and her uncle, Will Williams. Mr. and Mrs. Kelsey Taylor Tay-lor and sons of Las Vegas spent Sunday with their parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Junius Williams. Wil-liams. Visitors Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Farns-worth Farns-worth were Mrs. Farnsworth's mother, Berniece Gordon and brother and sister, Richard and Lorna Jean of Cedar City, and her grandmother, Mrs. Janette Woolsey of Cedar and her brother and family of Cal-iente, Cal-iente, Nev., Mr. and Mrs. Beryl Gordon. Mrs. Fern Bauer and daughters daugh-ters Nancy and Suzie attended attend-ed Mothers and Daughters social so-cial at the Elks Lodge in Cedar Ce-dar last week. Mr. and Mrs. Bart Stapley of Summit spent a few hours visiting vis-iting with Mrs- Hannah Davis. Mr. and Mrs. Willard Williams Wil-liams visited In Washington with their mother, Mrs. Zina Prsibrey and in Toquerville with their sister and family, the LeRoy Stapleys. Mr. and Mrs. Erwin Williams Wil-liams are In Sun Valley and Oxnard, Calif., visiting with their mother and brother. Ethna and Barbara Williams traveled to Las Vegas Sunday Sun-day with Mr. and Mrs- Rowan Williams. Mrs. Vergene Davis is in the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City receiving medical care for a back injury. Mr. and Mrs. Dell Judd and family of Cedar City spent a few days here with their parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Piatt- Mrs. Piatt has been seriously ill but is much improved. 1st. Lt. Gerald Bryan and family of Riverside, Calif., spent a week here with their grandmother, Mrs. Mabel Williams. Wil-liams. Gerald and family will leave soon for Japan, where he will spend two years in the Air Force- Spending Sunday and Monday Mon-day with Mr. and Mrs. Willard Williams were their son-in-law and daughter of Cedar City, Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Riddle Rid-dle and two daughters and Mrs. Williams's sister and husband, Mario and Betty Sal-cangni Sal-cangni of North Las Vegas. Mr. and Mrs. Jesse D- Pris-brey Pris-brey are the parents of a son born May 14 at the Valley View Medical Center. Mrs. Opal Williams spent three days last week in the Valley View Medical Center receiving treatment. Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Farns-worth Farns-worth and daughters were visitors vis-itors in Salt Lake City last Krs. Carina Williams Neils Knudson and Mr. and Mrs. Verl Becks tead traveled to Beryl to the Ab Larson Ranch where they joined witii the other members of the So. Utah Trail Riders and made a trip around the ranch, at the completion of which everyone enjoyed a chicken fry. Mr. and Mrs- Stilman Hln-ton Hln-ton and daughter Mia Kaye spent Sunday and Monday with their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Reeves. Lynn has been confined to his bed for the past week suffering from a slight heart attack. Mr. and Mrs- Maynard Christensen and family traveled tra-veled to Glendale, Utah Sunday Sun-day to visit Mr. Chrlstensen's mother, Mrs. Bertha Ramsey. Mrs. Ramsey returned home with them to spend two weeks. Mr- and Mrs. Keith Neilson traveled to Phoenix, Ariz-, last week to attend a funeral for one of their relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Bernell Isom and family of Mesquite, Nov., and Mr. and Mrs- Jerry Isom i and family of Hurricane spent ! Sunday with their mother, Mrs. Vaughn Isom. Mrs. Jennie Williams has been ill for the past week suffering suf-fering from a heart ailment, but is now much improved. Val Davis and Leon Reeves traveled to Henderson, Nev. Saturday to get Val's sister Hanna and brought her home for a visit with her parents, Mr- and Mrs. Delile Davis. Also Al-so visiting with the Davises were Mrs. MayDell Drake and three children of Henderson. Mrs. Glade Berry is in the Valley View Medical Center receiving medical care Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Faye Parker of Panguitch visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs-Noel Mrs-Noel Williams. |
