That this facility is heavily I used during the next five months is attested to by the schedule known so far, starting start-ing on May 27 with a riding ! club meet sponsored by the Red Hill Wranglers, with five riding clubs in the area invited in-vited to participate This will be followed by the J Wrangler sponsored race meet and rodeo on Memorial Day, ' a meet which has been on the calendar for several years. Next will be the second annual an-nual Quarter Horse Show set for June 23 and 24, under the sponsorship of the Lions Club. Then on July 4 will come the annual Riding club July 4 race meet and rodeo. And to climax the season will be the annual race meet and rodeo held as a part of the entertainment enter-tainment features of the Iron County Fair. As if this Isn't enough activity ac-tivity at that place, there is seldom a time when horse owners are not using the track as a training place and the Wranglers are not holding regnlar night-time practice sessions.. And matched horse races are almost a weekly oc-currance oc-currance during the summer season. |
