Show Jr. High Closing Program Friday more and Elizabeth Corry is the accompanist. Benediction will be offered by Dennis Robison and ushers ush-ers will be Eighth graders under un-der the direction of Shanie Jackson, Tamara Hunt, Marsha Mar-sha Leigh and Karen Knight. Closing exercises at the Cedar Ce-dar City Junior High School will be held Friday evening, May 19 at the Cedar High School auditorium. The exercises exer-cises are slated to begin at 8 p. m. and have been moved to the facilities of the high school In order that more parents par-ents and friends of the school may be accommodated, A host of students will participate par-ticipate in the exercises in which ninth graders, who will move on to the Cedar High School will be honored. Ninth grade students will be introduced intro-duced by Wallace Osborne and each will receive a yearbook in memory of junior high days. The Junior High string orchestra or-chestra under the direction of June Thorley, will open the exercises with the presentation presenta-tion of "Pastoral from Concerto No. 8" by Corelli. Welcome will be given by Tamara Mc-Arthur Mc-Arthur and Scott Thorley will offer the invocation. The string orchestra will then perform "Fugue The Great G Minor," by Bach. Val Christensen will render a trombone solo accompanied by Elizabeth Corry and Gaye Stucki will present a piano solo. A graduation' waltz will be performer by students J. D. Webb and Marian Hunt; Howard How-ard Christensen and Susan Pat Patterson; Bruce Blackner and Melissa Whitelaw; Brent Blackner and Ember Lambert; Lyle Heyborne and Gayle Matheson; Thomas Cardon and Kathleen Heaton; Steven Anderson and Melanie Baron, and Larry Woolf and Teresa Jolley. Iona Adam is directing the dance. A string ensemble, including includ-ing violinists Elizabeth Corry, Elaine Hatch, Terri Bradshaw, Lee Peterson, Lynette Cowley and Madelyn Chamberlain; violas, Vicki Pratt, and Jane Irons, cellist, Janis Urie, and bass, Lynn Jensen with Rhonda Rhon-da Condie as narrator will perform per-form "Sanctuary of the Heart" by Ketelby. A vocal double trio, composed com-posed of Teressa Jolley, Wendy Wen-dy Crabtree , LuAnn Smith, Marlene Jolley, Denise Terry and Leslie Blackburn will sing "Where Ere You Walk."
