Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS I Notice is hereby given that John C. Bosshardt, Enterprise, Utah, has filed with the State Engineer, a request for an extension ex-tension of time from April 4, 1959 to December 31, 1959, In which to make and submit Proof of Appropriation of Water under Application No. 15930 for the appropriation ap-propriation of 3.0 sec. ft. underground un-derground water In Iron County, Utah, for irrigation purposes. It Is represented that approximately approxi-mately $1500.00 has been spent on works. Additional time Is requested re-quested to complete project and put the water to beneficial use. Protests resisting the granting of said request, with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form, with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 03 State Cap'tol. Salt Lake City 14, Utah, on or before April 11, 1959. A buffet dinner was ejoyed by the guests of honor, and neighbors, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Thuet, Mr. and Mrs. I Spencer Roberts, Mr. and Mrs. C. I A. Klrkham, Mr. and Mrs. Van Esplin, and Mr and Mrs. David I Wand. The balance of the evening eve-ning was enjoyed playing parlor games and visiting. J Mr. and Mrs. Max Weaver I traveled to attend the third annual an-nual Junior Art Show sponsored by the Salt Lake Junior League.! Held at the Art Barn, the show honored Mr. Weaver by present-: present-: ing one of his paintings in the j showing. On Sunday they were i guests at a reception at the Art 1 Barn given by the league for members, and participating ar-tists. |
