Show KAN ARRAY! LLE NEWS By Hannah Davis A heavy storm came on Saturday Satur-day night and Sunday bringing needed precipitation in a long dry winter. The moisture was in the form of both rain and snow. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Isom ha purchased the Elizann Battv 1 home here. Week end visitors at the home of Mrs. Ethna Ford were her son David Williams and his pal Jerry Jer-ry Stricherz, from their Navy base in San Dieg Calif., and Miss Carolyn Call, who is attending at-tending the B V U at Provo. Mr. and Mrs. Willard Williams spent Friday In ToquervilJe with her sister, Mrs. Leroy Stapley, and family. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Davies and son Henry, and Bessie Davies, witnessed the dedication of the Clen Canyon Bridge across the l "!ciorado River Friday. Visiting for a few days with Mr. and Mrs. Waldo Reeves were their children, Mr. and Mrs. Clay-ton Clay-ton Reeves of Ely, Nev.; Larry Reeves from his Marine Base at 29 Palms, Calif., and Mr. and Mrs. Don House and small son of Cedar City. Val Davis held a fireside at his home Sunday evening. Films were shown. Rosolla Christensen and son Marvin, have returned home after af-ter a ten day visit in California j with relatives. j |
