Arctic Circle Honored For Clean Up Efforts This week's beautiflcation bouquet bou-quet goes to Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Humphery and the employees of the Arctic Circle for their efforts to eliminate the litter problem. Drive Inns have a special problem prob-lem with litter bugs and the Beautiflcation C o m m i tt e e is aware of this. The Drive Inns were given a special challenge, in an effort to see what could be done about this problem. The Arctic Circle acepted the challenge and with the aid of posters and oth r orations reminded re-minded their customers and asked them to cooperate. It was a clever display and it was effective. ef-fective. A large bouquet to Arctic Arc-tic Circle and special thanks from the Beautification Committee.
