Show A dinner party was held Saturday Satur-day night at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Adams in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Osborne. The Osbornes will be leaving Cedar City in June to make their home in Albuquerque, N. M., where Mr. Osborne will attend the University of New Mexico to work on his doctorate. Guests attending the farewell social were Mr. and Mrs. Haze Hunter, Mr. and Mrs. Dee Cowan, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Cahoon and Mr. and Mrs. Tom Brown. Former Cedar City residents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Peterson, who at one time owned and operated oper-ated the Peterson Drug store here, were visiting southern Utah with their many friends and relatives. The Petersons are still making their home in Honolulu, Hawaii, and were enroutc there after hav-ing hav-ing visited with their son Henry and his family In New Jersey. While in southern Utah they visited vi-sited with Mrs. Peterson' sister, Mrs. Jewel Lamb of St. George, and before going back to Hawaii, they also plan to visit with their daughter, Marie Gregerson In California. |
