1965 Valedictorian j Selected by College v. MARILYN FOTHERINGHAM Mrs. Marilyn Miles Fortherlng-ham, Fortherlng-ham, Cedar City, has been selected select-ed as Valedictorian for College of Southern Utah Commencement Commence-ment exercises on Friday, June 4. Mrs. Fotherlngham Is the wife of R. Bruce Fotherlngham and the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Miles, presently serving an LDS mission In England. She is a graduate of Cedar City High School and has been active in LDS Church organizations, organiza-tions, having served as president of the Young Women's Mutual Improvement Association in the Mllford Third Ward. She is currently cur-rently a member of the Primary presidency In the Cedar Third Ward. At CSU, Mrs. Fotherlngham has maintained a 4.0, or straight A average. She was a charter member of Sigma Tau Sigma, honor society and received the 1965 Scholar of the Year award. She will receive a bachelor of science degree in elementary education at the Commencement and it a member of the Student UEA organization. Mr. and Mrs. Fotherlngham have four children, David, 16; Robert, 12; Debra, 10; and Scott, 3.
