Show " A -. -S r i . . f , Make It Vith Wool Competiton Favors Four Winners Four young Cedar City misses won the right Monday to represent repre-sent Iron County in state competition compe-tition In the annual "Make It with Wool Contest." Named as the Iron County contest Winners and given the right to advance to the state level lev-el of competition were Miss Linda Lin-da Jones, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Jones of Cedar City in the senior division, and Miss Sally Sal-ly Jackson, Miss Sue Adams and Miss Ann Grimshaw in the Junior Jun-ior division. The Iron County contest staged stag-ed by the Iron County Wool Growers Association and was held Monday afternoon at the College of Southern Utah library lounge. Miss Jackson, first place winner win-ner in the Junior division, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Jackson of Cedar Cltv: Miss Adams Is the daughter of Maxlne Adams and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Grimshaw of Enoch are parents of Miss Grimshaw. State wide competition in the nation-wide contest, will be held Friday, Jan. 12 In Salt Lake City. Twenty-four young ladles participated parti-cipated in the Iron County contest con-test Monday, three in the senior division and 21 in the Junior division. di-vision. Young ladies 18 and over vie In the senior and those 7 and under compete In the Junior division. All four of the winning contestants con-testants are members of the senior sen-ior class at Cedar High School. Judging Is based on construction construc-tion and the appearance of the wool articles on the young ladles. lad-les. President of the Utah Wool Growers Auxiliary Is Mrs. Alex Williams, and Mrs. Parson U. Webster served as chairman of the contest. In addition to the trips to the state finals for the four winners win-ners a number of other prizes were awarded to contestants at the conclusion of th frnjjr?.m. WIN CONTEST. These four young ladies were declared winners in the "Make It Yourself With Wool" contest.
