Show Literary Club Ladies Entertained By World Tour Topic The Parowan Literary Club met at the home of Mrs. Mario Topham on Wednesday evening of last week for an entertaining program. Mrs. Topham played some stereo music and Mrs. C F. Bentley gave an uplifting thought for the evening. Mrs. Arch Benson, club president, presi-dent, presided and conducted a short business session after which the time was turned over to the class leaders of the evening, eve-ning, Mrs. Topham and Mrs. H. E. Bayles, who Introduced Mrs. LaPreal W. Lunt. Mrs. Lunt entertained en-tertained the group with a lecture, lec-ture, slides and article she brought back from the trip around the world she made wlthj her late husband, Wilson N. Lunt, two years ago. Following the program the hos- tesses served a refreshing lunch; and the group adjourned to meet on Wednesday, Jan. 17, at the home of Mrs. Albert E. Adams at which time the topic for dis- cusslon will be "World Situa-' tlons. |
