Frame of the Mountain Moun-tain States Telephone Company celebrated 30 years of service in the telephone business today. At a luncheon held in his honor by fellow employees he was presented pre-sented with jeweled tie clasp commemorating his many years of service by Don Mitchell, supervising sup-ervising service foreman. Mr. Frame began his telephone career In the commercial department depart-ment of the company at Murray, Utah In 1929. He served In many capacities in the business operations opera-tions of the company In Murray, Salt Lake City and Price. In 1937 he was advanced to manager of the Park City office, a position he held until 1939 when he became be-came manager at Mt. Pleasant, an assignment he held for four years. He has been a member of the Cedar City telephone employ, oe group for the past 16 years. Sirr coming to Cedar City Mr. Frame has participated In many community activities. He operates oper-ates an amateur radio station W7ILV. He has been bishop of the College Ward, and at present is a member of the Cedar Stake High Council. In presenting him with his well earned service award Mr. Mitchell Mitch-ell congratulated Mr. Frame on his contributions to the community commu-nity through his many years of providing telephone service. |
