Show Parowan Stake Plans Fund Raising Dinner Monday May 4 The Parowan Stake Is making plans for a stake-wide fund raising rais-ing dinner and program which Is to be held on Monday, May 4 according to J. Leonard Topham of the stake high council, who has been made chairman for the event. The main purpose of the dinner din-ner and program will be to raise funds for the stake welfare projects pro-jects In connection with the operation op-eration of the stake welfare farms. The affair will be held in the Parowan Third Ward chapel and recreation hall and will include a dinner, a picture show and a musical program, according to Mr. Topham. He states that serving serv-ing will start promptly at 6 p. m. in the recreation hall, with the movie' to run at the same time in the chapel for those who are waiting to be served. The musical musi-cal program will be given during the meal and immediately following. fol-lowing. Tickets will be sold on a ward basis with each ward being responsible re-sponsible for selling its own tickets. tick-ets. Prices will be $1.00 for adults, 50 cents for children or $5.00 for a family ticket according to Mr. Topham. Other members of Mr. Top-ham's Top-ham's committe are Joseph E. Ward and A.. Hills Orton of the high council, and the bishops of each ward in the stal e, Henry Grimshaw, Enoch, Ivan Dalley, Summit, Bruce Matheson, Parowan Paro-wan First, Rupert S.
