Show I I ORDINANCE ORDINANCE ANNEXING AD- JOINING LAND AND AMENDING AMEND-ING AND EXTENDING THE REVISED PLANNING AND ZONING ORDINANCE OF CE-j CE-j DAR CITY, UTAH. BE IT ORDAINED by the City! Council of Cedar City, Utah: j SECTION 1: That the following described platted lands adjoining and contiguous to the limits of the City of Cedar City, all of which land is located in the County of Iron, State of Utah, is hereby added to, taken into and mad- a part of the City of Cedar City to-wit: Beginning at the Southwest 1 corner of the NE'4SWU of ! Section 2. T. 36 S., R. 11 W., i S.L.B. & M., thence N. 0 drg. 25 min. West 626.0 feet; thence N. 89 deg 28 min. E. 350.0 feet to the Southwesterly right of way line of U. S. Highway No. 91; thence S. 15 deg. 29 min E. 646.0 feet to a point S. 89 deg. 16 min. W. 812. 0 feet from the Southeast corner of the NE-SW14; NE-SW14; thence South 89 deg 16 min. West 517.8 feet to beginning, begin-ning, and containing 6.25 acres oi iand. situated in me SWVi of See. 2, T. 36 S., R. 11 W., S.L.B. & M. SECTION 2. That upon the taking tak-ing effect of this Ordinance the corporate limits and boundary lines of the City of Cedar City shall be as hereinafter described to-wit: SSE See. 2, SESWVi Sec. 2, Sli Sec. 10, S4NWU Sec. 10, S'uNEJVi Sec. 10, S1 Sec. 11, NE'4 Sec.' 11, S'aNWy, Sec. 11, NE"4NVVi Sec. 11, All Sec. 14, Ni Sec. 15, SE'i Sec. 15. EH-SW4 EH-SW4 Sec. 15, N'sNEK Sec. 22. NE'iNW' Sec 22, N'NWU Sec. 23. N'sNEVi Sec. 23, T 36S., 1 R 11 W. SECTION 3. That the land, described in Section 1 of this Ordinance Is hereby made a part of the Central Commercial Zone as set forth in the Revised Planning Plan-ning and Zoning Ordinance of the Municipality of Cedar City, and the same is hereby amended to include the area as hereinabove herein-above described In Section 1. SECTION 4. That this Ordinance Ordi-nance shall take effect twenty (20) days after, 19: publication, or thirty (30) days after its being passed, whichever date is the most remote from final passage.
