Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Topham, sons Gordon and Stephen and daughter Beverly arrived here from Hollywood last Friday for a week-end visit with Gold's mother, Mrs. Elva McBrlde, and with the Dick McBrlde family. On Sunday they drove to St George to visit Herbert's mother, Mrs. Harriet I. Topham and spend Mother's Day with her before returning to California. Jim and Bob Talbot were here from Salt Lake City to spend the week end with their people, the Orson Talbot family. Mr. and Mrs. Dick McBride returned home last week after a trip to Salt Lake City. Mrs. Howard Jones traveled to Henderson, Nev. Tuesday of last week for a few days visit with relatives. She was Joined later in the week by her husband and Mr. and Mrs. Albc-rt Smith of Beaver, for a trip to El Centro, Colif., to visit with the Robert Lamcreau family. The travelers are returning home this week by way of Phoenix, Ariz., where they planned to attend a cattle auction. Edwin Williamson is home again after spending the winter months in Las Vegas. He arrived here Saturday in company with their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Williamson, and their daughter Glenna. Miss Jeanette Williamson, who is a student at BYU joined the group here for the week end. Mrs. Gertrude Barton of Cedar City and her son March, were in town for a few days last week visiting with the Joseph E. Barton Bar-ton family and other relatives end friends. Miss Gladys Edwards accompanied accom-panied members of her family to Salt Lake City last week for an Indefinite stay. Mrs. Emma Topham is home from the hospital and seems to be making a satisfactory recovery recov-ery from her recent operation. t Mr. and Mrs. Homer Boardman were happy to have Mrs. Board-man's Board-man's brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Kitchen of Ephraim visit with them last week end. They arrived here on Saturday and the following day the group traveled to Kanarra-ville Kanarra-ville to spend Mother's Day with the girls' parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lorln Robinson. Mr. and Mrs. Jimmie Anderson Ander-son and their three children of Kanab were week end visitors In Paragonah where they spent the time with the James T. Andersons. An-dersons. On Saturday the group traveled to Beaver to visit other members of the family I On Sunday the Anderson home was the scene of a family gathering gath-ering when the Lewis Limb and Noel Glllis families of Beaver arrived to Join the group here. - Mrs. Janine Manzione and her two children of Cedar City were in town Thursday and Friday of last week for a visit with the H. Revere Robinsons. On Sunday the Robinson homo was the scene of a family gathering gath-ering when all of the children were home for Mother's Day with their parents. Mr. and Mrs. Cluff Jolley and family and the Gordon Manziones came from Cedar City, Mr. and Mrs. Dee White and children came from Summit and the Clair D. Robinson Robin-son family came from Parowan. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Edwards took their young son Paul to Salt Lake City on Friday last for a checkup on his gold capped cap-ped teeth. They were accompanied accompan-ied by Cleo's grandmother, Mrs. Alice Robinson, who went to spend a few days with her sister Mrs. Mary E. Gurr. When the Edwards returned home on Saturday Sat-urday they brought Ralph's mother, mo-ther, Mrs. Olive Edwards home after her stay in the city. Chester Robinson, traveled to the city again last week end for another radium treatment on his eye. Mr. and Mrs. John Foster of Kearns, Utah were week end visitors in Paragonah where they stopped by for a Mother's Day visit to Venice's mother, Mrs. Olive Edwards. , Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Lund and Mrs. Elizabeth Maxwell traveled to Glendale on Thursday of last week to sDend the dav with the Jim Maxwell and Horace Maxwell Max-well families. Sunday they drove to Tpquervllle to visit with the John Maxwell and Merrill Maxwell Max-well family members.
