Show Scholarship Awards Presented To Richsteig, Gillins First Security Foundation Scholarships for the fall term, 19C1, have been awarded to two students of College of Southern , Utah. The awards go this year to David Richsteig, Cedar City, and DeVere Gillins, Ely, Nevada. Announcement of the awards at Cedar City was made by Francis Fran-cis W. Betenson of First Security Bank of Utah on behalf of the Foundation. He said that the Foundation was established by the First Security Banks of Idaho Ida-ho and Utah to promote and support sup-port educational, scientific, religious re-ligious and charitable enterprises. enter-prises.
