Show PARAGONAH NEWS NOTES Mrs. Hilma Lamoreaux Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Barton and daughter Susie and Mrs. Mattie Barton and daughter Carolyn left for Salt Lake City Monday, to take the little girls for physical checkups. Mrs. Hannah Robinson, Mrs. Miriam Anderson and Mrs. Hilma Hil-ma Lamoreaux traveled to Enterprise En-terprise Saturday to attend .funeral .fun-eral services for Amos Holt. Mr. and Mrs. Royce Holyoak of S.olt Lake City were Memorial Day visitors here last week and remained over to attended the Robinson Golden Wedding party. One of Paragonah's elderly gentlemen, John C. Barton, observed ob-served his 82nd birthday anniversary anni-versary on June 1. He and his wife spent the day visiting family fam-ily members. Mrs. Dortho Barton and three sons from Orderville visited with the John C. Barton family on Memorial Day. Yourf? Kyle remained re-mained in Paragonah to visit for a time with his grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. William T. Davenport Dav-enport left Monday to spend most of the summer wh their children child-ren in other tov.iks. They accompanied accom-panied the Victor R. Robinson family to Price for their first visit. vis-it. Mr. and Mrs. Loren Robinson and Mrs. Luella Hawkins and members of her family from Kan-arraville Kan-arraville arrived hr,. Monday to spend some time with Mr. and Mrs. Homer Boardman. Mr and Mrs. Clark Lamoreaux are proud first-time grandparents since the arrival of a baby girl, born Friday to Mike and Brenda Lamoreaux of Pa rowan. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Row of Las Vegas are here for a few days' visit with their friends, Mr. and Mrs. Cyril Partner. Mr and Mrs. Alan Neilson were here from Salt Lake City for the weekend, visiting with the Arthur Ar-thur Evans family. Pauline and Debra Evans accompanied them on their return for a visit. Mrs. Larue Walker of Cedar City spent several days here last week with her mother, Mrs Eda Thornton. Miss Janet Hunt has gone to Stockton (o visit with relatives. Leo Dunton is home again af-tir af-tir being in Vegas for some I time. Mrs. Iras Jones and sons Tom and Warren and Mrs. Eva Bell spent a day in Beaver last week. Tuesday she took Mrs. Bell to her home in Panguitch after a long visit here. Mrs. Lula Bastian is spending some time In St. George to do Temple work. Elwin Talbot and two eldest children were here from Salt Lake City to spend the weekend with the Renford Talbots. Billy Edwards was here from Salt Lake City for the week end. He visited with his mother, Mrs. Olive Edwards and with the Ralph Edwards family, who were here from Cedar City. Mr. and Mrs. Conrad Clark of Cedar City were Sunday visitors at the Earl Thornton home. Mrs. Eva ward of Milford visited vis-ited here Sunday with her brother broth-er and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Robb. Mrs Hazel Jean Robinson entertained en-tertained the members of her club at her home Wednesday evening of last week. Her sister, Mrs. Sarah D. Robinson of Price was a special guest. Mrs. Sarah T. Robinson spent Memorial Day in Richfield with the Clinton Robinson family. She made the trip with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Bud Bauer of Cedar City. Mr and Mrs. Wilson Lund and Mrs. Elizabeth Maxwell spent Memorial Day in Glendale. Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Edwards enjoyed a visit from Glen Bishop of Los Angeles during the past few days. ' Mrs. Maxine Barton and daughter daugh-ter Phyllis of Milford were week end visitors at the Wilson Lund home. On Sunday they were Joined Join-ed by Mr. and Mrs. Murl Gibson and daughter Kathleen of Cedar City. The Lewis Limb family of Beaver Bea-ver spent a day last week here with the James H. Andersons. Mr. and Mrs. Arch Lamoreaux visited here with the Chester Robinsons last week. Mr. and Mrs. Chester Robinson, Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Robinson, Mrs. Delores Robinson and Mrs Olive Edwards were In Cedar City Thursday for the CSU graduation exercises. They selected the name of "Merry Cooks" for the club.
