Show Graduation Exercises To Confer Degrees On Cedar Students Three Cedar City residents and one who formerly resided here will be among the guaduates who will receive degrees at the Brigham Young University Commencement Com-mencement exercises at Provo to-day, to-day, Thursday. Included in the group will be a mother and son, with Mrs. Jeanne Bothers receiving a degree de-gree in journalism and her son Gordon Pratt Bethers receiving his degree in chemistry. Mrs. Bethers, local representative representa-tive of the Deseret News, has completed . her . studies through extension service -from the university, uni-versity, while her son has been attending the institution. ' Miss Karen Lete Froyd, daugh-er daugh-er of Mr. and Mrs. Glen Froyd, will receive her degree, at will Miss Janeen Beasley,- daughter ,of Mr. and Mrs. C J. Beasley. I former Cedar City residents, who , now make their home in Brig-! Brig-! ham City, where Mr. Beasley is 'manager of the J. C Penney Co. store. |
