Show Circuit Supervisor Visits Local Jehovah's Witnesses ! GERALD ROSS Gerald Ross, a traveling representative repre-sentative of the Watchtower Bible Bi-ble and Tract Society, is visiting the Cedar City congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses thir week. In the capacity of circuit supervisor, su-pervisor, Mr. Ross oversees the preaching activity of more than a thousand ministers of Jehovah's Jeho-vah's Witnesses in Utah and parts of neighboring states. He is a graduate of the Watchtower Watchtow-er Bible School of Gllead In New York and served as a missionary in Thailand before his appointment appoint-ment to circuit supervisor. Charles Ortloff, the presiding minister of the Cedar City congregation, con-gregation, announced tne week of the supervisor's visit as one of special activity here. "We appreciate appre-ciate these visits very much," Mr. Ortloff said. "Mr. Ross' special training and his widespread experience ex-perience enables him to give much help to us so that we can Improve our ministry." The high point of his visit will be the public lecture, "What Is the Divine Will of Our Day?", to be given Sunday afternoon at 3, June 28. All meetings will be held at 504 N. 400 West In Cedar City. The public Is Invited to both the Saturday evening and the Sunday afternoon meetings. No collection Is taken at any time. j |
