Show CEDAR CITY SOCIAL SWING Making it home for the big November holiday were Mr. and Mrs. Thurman W. (Bill) Gardner and their family of Brigham City, Utah. They spent the Thanksgiving Thanks-giving week end visiting here with the Thurman A. Gardners and other relatives. Friday the Gardner families enjoyed the day at Zion National Park. Mr. and Mrs. Herschell Neeley and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Perkins shared in having their son and daughter home during the recent holiday season. Col'een, the former for-mer Colleen Perkins, and Donald Neeley arrived here with their family from their home in Price. Here for Thanksgiving with family members were Mr. and Mrs. Dee Smith and children, i The Smiths, of Las Vegas, enjoyed enjoy-ed the day with the Henry Smiths. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Dover Journeyed Jour-neyed to points north to visit with Jerry and Carl Osborne. The Dovers traveled to Blanding prior to the holidays and returned home later in th! week. Ted and Vyonne Atherley and their 'children were here last week with Vyonne's mother, Mrs. Lula Rclio. The Atherley's arrived ar-rived from their home in Kanab for the November holiday. Allowing time off from routine duties, Mr. and Mrs. Garth Webster Web-ster and boys motored to Orem, Utah. In the northern community communi-ty they were guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Hunter. Before returning to CcJar City, the W'ebsters journeyed to Salt Lake City to visit with Mr. and Mrs. D. J. McMurphy. Enjoying the recent vacation in Salt Lake City were Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Haslam. The Cedar City couple were greeted by their daughter and grandchildren, Mrs. Juanita Beck and family. Mrs. Haslam had traveled to Salt Lake with Mr. and Mrs. Melburn Ash-down Ash-down prior to Thanksgiving. Mrs. Mike (Tarn) Higbee and her sister, Mrs. Gary (Ray doll) Leigh were pleased to greet their parents, the Elmo" Robisons, of I Farmington, New Mexico, here I for Thanksgiving. |
