Show Brian Head Scouts Receive Awards Sunday Two Boy Scouts from the Brian Head District of the Utah Parks Council, received their Star iwards and one scout his Second 3ass badge at the district court jf honor held at Enoch Sunday night. Star awards went to Gene Robinson of Troop 341, Parowan nrst Ward and Garth Decker, of rroop 343. Parowan, Third. Wil-iam Wil-iam H. Shcrrett of Troop 3'6, noch Ward, received his second class badge. A lare number of merit badges badg-es were also given to scouts ol the district during the evening. From Troop 341, Robinson, Michael Mich-ael Hulet, Chauncey Adams and Craig Stubbs were recipients of merit badges. Troop 336 merit badge recipients recip-ients included Sherratt , listed above; Douglas Crimshaw and Leo C. Richardson. In Troop 3 13. merit badges went to Garth Decker, Brand Burton, Paul Chamberlain ( Larry Orton. Kenneth Orton, Ricky Rowley. Robert Rowley Chris Applegate, Roy Allen Heap, Randy Bentley. In the absence of W. Clair Rowley, advancement chairman, S. M. Clark, district chairman conducted the court with other following members of the district committee present: Howard D. Knight, vice chairman; Spencer Lemmon, William R. Grimshaw and George Banks. The Enoch Ward Troop was I host for the honor court and advanced ad-vanced the colors and led the j assembly In the pledge of Al-I Al-I leiance. President George D. Grimshaw was the speaker' of the evening and prayers were offered of-fered by Scott Douglas Grimshaw Grim-shaw and Scott Allan Grimshaw. The next court of Honor will be held at Paras;onah on Sunday evening, Dec. 23 at 7 p. m.. It was announced at the Enoch honor court. |
