Seattle Woman, Cedar Man Announce Plans For Dcc2mfcer 18th. Wedding Ceremony Announcement has been made this week of the engagement and forthc.iming marriage of Aldean Davis. Provo to Robert B. Butler of Cedar City. The young couple have circled Dec. 18 as their wedding date, to be pcr-formci pcr-formci at the Reception Center at Orem. Parents of the bride-to-be are Mr. and Mrs. Edgar D. Davis, Jr. of Seattle, Wash. Mr. and Mrs. Eldon R. Butler of Cedar City are parents of the pro-pect:vo bridegroom. Miss Davis, who formerly resided re-sided at Seattle, has selected Miss Sherrie Llsh of Bountiful as her maid of honor and the Misses Norma Hadley, Ogden; Sandra Smith, Salt Lake City, will attend as bridesmaids. Flower girls will be Miss Elizabeth Chil-ders Chil-ders of Seattle. Richard Butler, twin brother of M. Butler will be best man. For the nuptial exchange a Christmas theme will be carrieu out Including colors of red and white, a Christmas tree, candles, poinsettas and holly. I Miss Davis is a former stewatd-iess stewatd-iess for United Air Lines. She has attended Brigham Young Univer-! Univer-! sity where for two jvars she was a member of Angel Flight, a national na-tional service unit sponsored by the Air Force ROTC at BYU. Presently Pres-ently she is employed in Salt ; Lake City. The bridegroom-elect is a graduate grad-uate of Cedar High School and I attended College of Southern ' Utah for two years. He is a sen-i sen-i ior at BYU in commercial art and expects to graduate with a BS degree in May, 1963. Active in the AF ROTC he holds the posi-tion posi-tion of executive group commander comman-der and area commander in the Arnold Air Society, a national 'service unit sponsored by the the AK ROTC.
