Show LATEST NEWS NOTES FROM NEWCASTLE Mrs. Mildred Tullis Little Johnny Hart, three-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Wiiliam Hart, fell out of the family car Sunday afternoon. He was rushed rush-ed to the Iron County Hospital. His collar bone was broken and he was badly cut on the head and face. Fuil extent of injuries isn't known as yet. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hart. Sr., and Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Ward and children received their sealing seal-ing ordinances in the St. George Temple Saturday morning, July 2. In honor of the happy event many of our townspeople joined with them on the excursion. The members of the Elders quorum and their wives participated parti-cipated in a quorum party Sat-uraday Sat-uraday evening, July 2 at Tine Valley. The large crowd enjoyed a softball game, delicious chick- en supper and a fine program, j Miss Dorothy Ward is visiting j with friends in Wilmington, Calif. Mrs. Leonard Skinner of Las Vegas, and Mrs. Ethel Tullis of California were recent guests at the Robert Piatt Home. Miss Colleen Tullis returned to Logan last week after spending the Fourth of July week end at home with her folks. Mrs. Leo Knell and children returned re-turned home Thursday after spending a few days with Mt and Mrs. David Stirling in Leeds, I Utah. I Miss Ada Ann Pendleton of St. I George spent a week as guest of Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Beacharru Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Reber and family of Mesquite, Nev., spent the 4th of July as guests of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Hulet. j Mrs. Melvin Hulet attended a wedding shower in honor of her J brother and sister-in-law in Washington. |
