Dreamed up in Burnett's kitchens, all you do is cut out a round piece of cardboard about 2" wider than the cake you bake or use to make the brim. Whip up a batch of butiercream frosting, flavored with a teaspoon of their lum extract. Place the cake layers in center of the cardboard, and frost the cake and the brim. You can use the food color kit to tint the hat bright yellow, and the hatband hat-band red. Rough up the frosting with a fork to make it look like straw
