Show NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a lien for labor bestowed upon and parts installed in a 1942 Mercury four door Sedan, Motor No. 99A532105 owned by Thomas D. Cueince and Dixie L. Cucince, 325 Western Ave., Long Beach, California is being foreclosed fore-closed by Advertisement of Sale. The labor and parts for which this lien is claimed were supplied sup-plied between August 2, 1952 and May 15, 1953 and the amount claimed is the sum of $201.50. The time and place of the foreclosure fore-closure sale is Friday, the 3rd day of July, 1953 at one o'clock p. m. of said day at the home of the undersigned at 409 South, 300 West, Cedar City, Utah at which time and place the property proper-ty above described will be sold by the Sheriff of Iron County, Utah to the highest bidder.
