Show Mrs. C. J. Beasley Attends Funeral Of Sister in Provo Mrs. C. J. Beasley of Cedar City was called to Provo Friday because be-cause of the death of her sister, Mrs. Edna Markman Bailey, 51. Mrs. Bailey had suffered a stroke on Sunday, June 7, and succumbed suc-cumbed in a Provo hospital on Friday morning. t Funeral services were held on Monday afternoon under the di rection oi iteuDen u. iaw, Disnop, University ward. Burial was in the Provo city cemetery. Mrs. Bailey was born in Provo, Sept. 30, 1901, a daughter of James and Sarah Stubbs Mark-man. Mark-man. She was married to Herbert S. Bailey on July 3, 1947 in Salt Lake City. Surviving are her husband, Provo; a brother and three sisters, Dean Markman, Provo; Mrs. C. J. (Grace) Beasley, Cedar City; Mrs. J. Harmon (Elsie) (El-sie) Jensen, Richfield, and Ida Markman, Provo. |
