Show CLUB AND PARTY HILITES Their Pinochle Club met at the. home of Mr. and Mrs. James! Hoyle Saturday night, then went to the Silver Leaf Inn where they had dinner followed by dancing. Mr. and Mrs. Talmadge McDon-ough McDon-ough were hosts to the members of Mrs. McDonough's club at their home Saturday evening. A turkey dinner, an exchange of gifts, and bingo were enjoyed by the following fol-lowing couples: Mr. and Mrs. Richard Gillies, Mr. and Mrs. Clark Mathews, Mr and Mrs. Car-lyle Car-lyle Mitchell, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Gor-don Sorenson, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Wood, Mr and Mrs. Bruce Osborne, Os-borne, Mr. and Mrs. George Woodard, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Batty, Bat-ty, Mr and Mrs. Ray Englestead, Mr. and Mrs. Linford Orton and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Goodwin. Mrs. Helen Anderson was hostess host-ess to many little friends of her daughter, Llena, Saturday afternoon, after-noon, the occasion being the birthday anniversary of llena. Party games and refreshments were enjoyed by the young crowd. Mrs. Jeanette Stoker and Miss Marlene Bensen entertained the members of their Sixth Ward Sunday School class at the Stoker Stok-er home on Tuesday afternoon at a Christmas party. The children played games, listened to stories, stor-ies, exchanged gifts and enjoyed holiday refreshments. |
