Since the Cedar team is an inexperienced in-experienced aggregation t h e showing of the squad ?eems to indicate that the local school will be well represented in the Dixie division lace which opens on January 5. In the games played last week end, all members of the travel-irsg travel-irsg squad saw action, and most a of them showed considerable promise. pro-mise. Gary Middleton and Gordon Gor-don Sargent seemed to carry considerable con-siderable scoring punch in all the games, and Nick Lunt found the range well in the last game. With the rough edges taken off the team should soon round into shape for the opening of the league race. The Redmen will play two more games this week, meeting the Parowan Rams at Parowan Friday night, and entertaining the Panguitch high school in Cedar Ce-dar City Saturday night. Next Wednesday Parowan and Cedar will tar.gle in Cedar City. On Friday, Dec. 22, the Panaca high team will play here.
