Show Officials Seek Aid On City Manager Plan Cedar City continues to move nearer to a city manager type of government as Dr. E. E. Weaver, Weav-er, professor on the staff of the University of Utah Institute of Government promised in Cedar City this week that the city would have the full cooperation and assistance of the Institute in setting the plan in operation. The help of the University was tsked for by Mayor L. V. Broad-bent Broad-bent who has been investigating the possibilities of this type of givernment since his election to office last fall. Tuesday, Dr. Weaver met in Cedar City with the mayor and city council giving suggestions and recommendations on the proposed pro-posed plan. The council will go over Dr. Weaver's recommendations recommenda-tions at the next meeting of the rroup slated for Thursday.
