House concerning retention of the Office of Indian Affairs, present a bouquet of roses to the "Great White Father." The presentation was made by Elizabeth Askren, granddaughter of Rep. Karl Stefan (Krp., Neb.), honorary member of the Omaha tribe. This has been an annual event for the "Great White Father" for a long time among Indiun tribes. |
