Show Newcastle Stockman Dies Of Pneumonia Richard Edward Tullls, 63, prominent pro-minent livestock operator of Newcastle New-castle and clerk of the Newcastle LDS ward, died at the Iron County hospital In Cedar City Sunday. Funeral Fun-eral services were conducted Wednesday Wed-nesday afternoon, and burial was made at Newcastle. Mr. Tullls was born at Pinto, on February 5, 1884, a son of David Wilson and Martha Eccles Tullls. He attended school at Pinto and at the old Branch Normal School at Cedar' City, and after completing his training at the B. N. S. filled an LDS mission to the southern states. He had always been active In church affairs and had served as president of the Newcastle M. I. A. for a number of years, and In numerous num-erous other capacities of his ward. He had been active In promoting water development projects In the Newcastle-Pinto area, and at the time of his death was secretary of the Grass Valley Irrigation company. com-pany. He Is survived by a brother, John H. Tullls, Newcastle, and a sister, Mrs. Don T. Bishop, Salt Lake City. |
