Show SUMMIT Joseph Brown died at his home here early Wednesday morning. He was making his home with his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Ridley, at the time of his death. Funeral services ser-vices were conducted in the Summit Sum-mit ward chapel. Sylvester Jones of Enterprise visited with relatives and friends in Summit Sunday. Miss Winnell Dalley of Oakland, Oak-land, Calif., is home visiting with her father, John H. Dalley. Miss Ziona Radford has returned re-turned from the mission field. She labored in Anadarko, Okla. while representing the Summit ward and Parowan stake. Mr. ami Mrs. Edward Terry of Enterprise were visitors at the home of Mrs. Hulda Peterson Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Hulet entertained en-tertained the elementary school teachers of the Cedar West el-mcntary el-mcntary school Monday after school hours. A fine lunch was served. Ray Matheson and his son C. R. Matheson called on his grandmother, grand-mother, Mrs. Hulda Peterson, while on leave from military service. ser-vice. He is stationed at Fort Lew-Is, Lew-Is, Washington. Mrs. Margaret Allen spent Monday in Cedar City. Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Walker and children, and Mr. Doss Walker, Walk-er, all of Cedar City, spent Sunday Sun-day in Summit. Mrs. Billie Humphrey and her twin sons, Keith and Kent, and her mother, Mrs. Browning made a trip to Cedar City Tuesday. The one thing and only one thing that can melt this human world of ours into a family which will be characterized by brotherhood and the Golden Rule and the spirit of the Good Samaritan, Sam-aritan, is the love of God.
