Show Draft Board to Call 10 for Exams, Two for Induction The Iron County Selective Service Ser-vice board has received a call for ten men to report for pre-induc-tlon physical examinations on Jan. 16, and two for Induction on January 22, according to E. B. Dalley. clerk of the board. A tentative list has been drawn up for the ten men to report for physicals on Jan. 16, but no selection se-lection has been made for the two men to be inducted. Among those to report for physicals phy-sicals are two missionaries recently re-cently returned home. The two are Royce Chamberlain of Mid-valley Mid-valley and Gilbert B. Robinson of Paragonah. The other eight men are Mur ray Ashdown, Joel Webster, Maurice Mau-rice J. Nelson, Garth Showalter. and Howard T. Roob, all of Cedar City; Wm. C. Rowley, Parowan and Howard F. Halterman. Mid-valley. Mid-valley. One other man has yet to be selected. se-lected. Mr. Dalley stated that the board Is having considerable difficulty dif-ficulty In keeping classifications of registrants up to date, because of failure of the men to report changes in their status. He urges everyone who has been married or changed occupations and has not reported to the board, to do so by letter Immediately. |
