Show Col. Frank Dalley Tells Public of Effect of Rumors Advising people at home that rumors concerning the servicemen service-men put hardship on the families and should be disregarded. Lt. Col. J. Frank Dalley, spoke Monday Mon-day before the Cedar City Lions club of which he is a member. Lt. Col. Dalley arrived home Sunday from Fort Lewis. Washington Wash-ington on a 10-day leave. He stated that at this time he has no information at all on possible movements of personnel, particularly particu-larly overseas. He went on to say that it is very doubtful that the 213th battalion will be broken up. Most rumors, said Col. Dalley, are the result of information called for by higher headquarters as to the status of equipment and personnel. Whenever orders are received.
