Show New Harmony James O. Nellson has returned home from Salt Lake City where he has been for the past six weeks receiving medical aid. The Sewing Club was held at home of Mrs. Mamie Huntsman on Friday. A very dainty lunch was served. Mr. and Mrs. Emll Dostalek and Mr. and Mrs. Orson Hammond attended at-tended the funeral of Richard A. Thorley at Cedar City last Thursday. Thurs-day. Mrs. Fae M. DuBolce of Ploche is here visiting with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert F. Ma this. Mrs. William Blred and family have returned to their home in Alton Al-ton after spending the past week visiting here. Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Orant and Mr. and Mrs. Cannon Huntsman went to St. George last week ta attend the funeral of Royal Hunt. Elmo Englestead of Las Vegas spent a few hours here Sunday visiting visit-ing his mother, Mrs. Verna Englestead. Engle-stead. The Parent-Teachers Association put on a very good program here Friday evening. A large crowd attended. at-tended. Mrs. Iva Harrison of Pinto is here visiting with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Pace. Cottage meeting was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Englestead En-glestead Friday evening. Some of the Stake officers were present. Vivian Prince and Blaine Whitehead White-head have gone to St. George where they have employment for the winter. |
