Show ROTARIANS STAGE FAREWELL PARTY FOR II. E. PETERSEN H. E. Petersen, Captain of the local unit of the National Guard who will leave in the near future for California for one year of military mil-itary training, was honored at a farewell party given by members of the Cedar City Rotary Club Tuesday Tues-day evening at Mary's Tea Room. A buffet supper was served early in the evening after which the time was spent in singing and story telling. tell-ing. Perry Egan acted as master-of ceremonies and was assisted by K. J. Shay. Besides members of the club, the following special guests were present: pre-sent: Vernon A. Jones, Frank Dal-ley, Dal-ley, Earl Slaughter, E. W. South-wick, South-wick, and Nell Boyter. The comlttee in charge of the affair included Perry Egan, Reld H. Gardner, and Dr. F. B. Parkinson. |
