Garkane general manager, Glen Willardson, reported nearly 45 percent per-cent of the membership from districts dis-tricts 1, 4 and 8 voted in this year's election. Garkane members attending the annual meeting sessions also participated par-ticipated in health fair activities sponsored by Intermountain Health Care and viewed a special slideaudio presentation commemorating com-memorating Garkane's 50th anniversary. For the third year in a row Garkane provided a child find program pro-gram at each meeting. "During our child find programs we take fingerprints finger-prints of the children and then return re-turn the information to the parents for safe keeping should their child someday be missing," Mr. Willardson Willard-son said.- "All in all we felt our 1989 annual meetings were a success," he concluded. |
