Show Cannonville Dorothy Leavltt Mr. and Mrs. Bill Nelson traveled to California to spend a week visiting Bonnie's brother. George Thompson traveled to Salt Lake City on business. Mr. and Mrs, Jim Clarke traveled to Provo to visit their son Mike who had been injured in a motorcylce accident. Mae Twitchell and daughter Arjean spent Monday in Cedar City visiting her daughter Lori Munford and family. Mae also celebrated her birthday Oct. 3. Barbara Werb has bought the Kowan Ott house at the lower end of town. Mr. and Mrs. James Cunningham of Bryce Canyon are renting the Roy Paxman home. We welcome them to Cannonville. Mr. and Mrs. Don Mangum and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Nelson left Friday to join in the elk hunt. George Thompson and Tom Shakespare also were out. Ada Thompson accompanying her son Guy and his wife Beverly to Salt Lake City for several days. While there they visited Nellie Higbee, Ada's sister-in-law. The lady lions held their Oct. meeting Thursday night at the scout house in Tropic. Attending from Cannonville were Mira Ott, Rae Hughes, Bonnie Willis, Betty Henderson and Dorothy Leavltt. Garda Davies, traveled to Aurora for a medical checkup and to visit her son Michael Davies and family. Dawn Stock, spent Saturday in Cedar City. Tammi Witt and Kayleen Lit-tlefield of Cedar City were here this week to help and to visit with Myrtle Baldwin. Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Dutton traveled from Ephraim to visit Mr. and Mrs. Lark Reynolds, Mr. and Mrs. Afton Dutton and Melvin's son and daughter, Billy Dutton and Helen Dutton. Bea Reynolds held a Tupperware party Thursday night with many new items and colors in Tupperware. Many attended to view the new items. |
