Show Fanguitch Patter Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Henrie recently spent an enjoyable couple days with Bernard's brothers Roy, Keith, Chap and Ercil Henrie and their wives in Mesquite, Nevada. Terr! Freeman, granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Prince and three friends, Brenda Bills, Diane Hart and Michelle Richey, spent the night with the Prince's on their way through to Las Vegas. All agreed Panguitch was a fun place to spend a vacation and hope to return in the future. Traffic parking problems on this block sure subsided once people learned Don Swindall entered the hospital this week. Glad to see our local "fix-it" man taking his own advice and logging in for that 10,000 mile overhaul. Hope your warranty is still good Don and that we'll see you back in tip-top shape real soon! Herb Allen is back home in Panguitch for "rest and recuperation" following a total hip replacement recently in one of our fine Salt Lake City hospitals. Bell Cooper has been transferred from our local Garfield Memorial Hospital to another facility in Salt Lake City. Check with Grace and fire off those cards and letters to Bell to help her days pass quickly till she can return home to us. Wardell Moore is in Holy Cross Hospital this week receiving medical attention relating back to his earlier back operation. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Englested were among those who were fortunate to travel to the recent tournament in Provo. Daughters Shirley and Karen and son, Alan spent days home this past week visiting with mom and dad, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Yardley. Panguitch tried to pay final respects to this winter weather at last Saturday's first annual snowmobile races; looks like all came off as scheduled accept the ushering in of spring. |
