Woman,80, Breaks Hip Fighting Off Mugger By Tom Quinn SPECIAL TO THE TRIBUNE OGDEN ~ An 80-year-old Ogden woman was operated on Fri- day for a fractured hip she suffered while fighting with a 13- year-old mugger who tried to yank away her purse, throwing her to the ground.
