Show Auto booths on disploy LAYTON Gov. Norman Bangerter will introduce the new "Utah 91 Emissions" law at an automotive technology display at the Layton Hills Mall sponsored by Layton High School Automotive Department. The introduction in-troduction will be at center court Friday, April 26 at 12:30 p.m. Davis County Environmental Health and Layton High Automotive will have a display booth on the upper level of Layton Hills Mall. Persons from Davis County Environmental Health will be present to answer any questions ques-tions and pass out information. The Davis Applied Technology Center, Salt Lake Community College and Weber State University will join Layton High with booths and displays. The public will have the opportunity to question automotive service ser-vice technicians and automotive technology instructors who are ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Master Certified Technicians. Also on display will be automotive tools, after-market electronic equipment equip-ment and parts, a uni-body skeleton, and personal transportation. Prospective students who are interested in automotive technology training train-ing or heavy duty diesel mechanics training will be able to preview prospective pro-spective training programs in northern Utah. The automotive technology display will conclude with prize drawings on Saturday, April 27 at 5 p.m. |
