Show Ruth Ledingham Ruth Ledingham, a daughter of Bertha W. and John S. Ledingham, died Jan. 19 in the Mountain View Hospital, Payson. She was bom July 2, 1909 in Bountiful and is survived by one brother, George E. Ledingham, Ogden; sisters-in-law, Mrs. George E. (Ada) Ledingham; and Mrs. Clarence B. (Mercy) Ledingham, and many nieces and nephews. Her family and friends from Hales Residential Care Center in Spanish Fork met Thursday, Jan. 23 at Russon Brothers Mortuary to pay tribute to Aunt Ruth's life, prior to the Bountiful Cemetery interment. She learned to play the piano as a young girl by listening to her sister Ethel's music lessons; and for 26 years she has played the music for parties and the memorials at her care center. Her friends at the center chose her gifts and clothes with much thought and she especially loved her dolls and teddy bears. Ruth was a member of the LDS Church and her patient care givers waited at night for her to kneel by her bed to pray. Ruth's family and friends are grateful for their tender, loving care. |
