Show 4-H Leadermete slated for March 19-21 "4-H Passport to the World" is the theme of the 1992 State 4-H Leadermete to be held March 19-21 in Price for all 4-H Volunteer Leaders and Agents. As 4-H continues to support the needs of youth in today's society, it is important for both leaders and agents to develop a greater understanding of our "global connections" con-nections" and our responsibilities as citizens of the world. At the Leadermete, a variety of activities including an international bazaar, global luncheon, workshops and speakers will help participants become more aware of our "global connections." There will also be workshops and training for leaders to help them better teach and train young people with skills that will become their "passport" to success in the world A special feature of the Leadermete will be the recognition of outstanding 4-H leaders from across the state with a variety of different awards. Also during the Leadermete, the Utah 4-H Volunteers Vol-unteers Association will select new representatives to its Executive Council. 4-H Council member, Cathy Anderson of Centerville, has been selected to act as the volunteer representative rep-resentative for Davis County. Anderson will work with Extension Exten-sion Agents Steve Jackson and Janice Thomas to prepare materials and make the necessary plans for f the county group to attend.
