Show Special Ed. director to address workshop rw.v By JUDY JENSEN 1 . Editor "Where have we been, where are we now and where are we headed?" will be the topic of an - address by Dale L. Sheld, Director ;t of Special Education for the Davis ' County School District. Mr. Sheld will speak at the first in a series of workshops designed to help parents of children with learning learn-ing disabilities. The meeting will be -held February 21 at 7 p.m. at Kays-ville Kays-ville Junior High School. : - , , Mr. Sheld earned his masters degree de-gree in speech pathology and audio-logy audio-logy from the University of Utah in 1974,- and was appointed special education director in the fall of . 1988, Mr. Sheld plans to conduct a : question and answer session where 'he will answer ; questions parents may have regarding how the school can help them with their learning disabled student , ' tThe lecture series is being sponsored spon-sored by the Utah Association fat J Children and Adults with Learning Disabilities, UACLD.
