LEGAL NOTICE Petition No. 88-1Z Please be advised that the Bountiful City Council will hold a public hearing WEDNESDAY, May 25, 1988 at 7:30 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the City Council Chambers, Bountiful City Hall, 790 So. 100 E., Bountiful, Utah. The purpose of this hearing will be to determine the interest in and ascertain the advisability of amending Title 14, Chapter 15, Section 807, b, by providing provid-ing that fences may be allowed in both front yards of a corner lot 20 ft. from the front property line, and Amending Title 14, Chapter 15, Section Sec-tion 809 by providing that fences may be allowed in front yards of interior lots but at a point not closer than 20 ft. from the front property line, and by deleting the requirement that fences on interior lots adjacent to corner lots shall not extend laterally farther than a point even with an extended line of the nearest side of the main building located lo-cated thereon.
