Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The Trustee will sell the following-described following-described property at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States in cash at the time of sale, without warranties, express or implied, as to title, possession posses-sion or encumbrances, at the north entrance en-trance of the District Courts Building, Farmington, Davis County, Utah, on June 7, 1988 at 3:00 p.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Trust Deed executed by Ronnie G. and Debby L. Mitchell, as Trustors) to Valley Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, and Valley Bank & Trust Company, as Beneficiary, and recorded re-corded on June 5, 1987 as Entry No. 789196 in Book 1172 at Page 313, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of said Beneficiary by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded on January 28, 1988 as Entry No. 814554 in Book 1216 at Page 135. The real property is located at 1243 Val Halla Drive, Clearfield, in Davis County, Utah, and is more particularly described as: All of Lot 199, Val Halla Estates No. 6, according to the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the Davis County Recorder's Office, State of Utah.
