Show NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, May 18, 1988, at 7:00 p.m. at the Farmington City Municipal Building, 130 North Main, the Farming-ton Farming-ton City Council will meet to consider a petition by Michael O. Bischoff of Lupine Associates at 524 South 600 East, Salt Lake City, Utah to re zone approximately 1.2 acres located at 1400 North Foxglove Road. The petitioner is requesting the property be rezoned from Residential Multi-Family R-8 to Commercial C-2 to conform to the current cur-rent Farmington City Master Plan and to permit Lupine Associates to make application to the Planning Commission for a Conditional Use to build an office building & Health Club Facility. The subject property is more particularly particu-larly described as: "Beginning at a point on the East line of Foxglove Road and the North line of the Foxglove Associates parcel, said point also being North 482.87 feet and West 1286.96 feet from the South Quarter corner of Section 12, T. 3N., R.l W., S.L.B. & M. (basis of bearing being S89 degrees 45' 50" W between said South Quarter Quar-ter corner and the southwest corner cor-ner of said Section 12) and running run-ning thence: N 89 degrees 54'32" E, 348. 13 feet to the West line of Lupine Village Phase II; thence S 45 degrees OO'OO" W, 121.49 feet along said West line; thence South 1 16.50 feet along said West line to the North line of amended Lupine Village Phase I; thence S 78 degrees 38'44" W, 63.37 feet along said North line; thence S 69 degrees OO'OO" W, 110.00 feet along said North line to the East line of Foxglove Road; thence N 21 degrees OO'OO" W., 271 .79 feet along said East line to the point of beginning. Contains 1.2180 acres. It is hereby required that the Petitioner Petition-er and those in opposition or their agents be present to argue the requests.
