Show Comtncj. fluents Boloc Camera Club Members of the Roloc Camera Cam-era Club will meet at the home of Dr. and Mrs. Clair Judd's Saturday, Sept. 24, beginning at 8:15 announces president Ernest Boyer. All members are urged to be in attendance as new officers will be voted on at the meeting besides showing show-ing of pictures. Brookside PTA Brookside PTA is sponsoring a "back to school" night next Wednesday evening, Sept. 28, at 6:30 p.m. It will give parents par-ents an opportunity to meet the children's teachers and learn about the school programs. pro-grams. Kindergarten parents will not participate as they have had their meeting. At 7:30 p.m., a typical school lunch will be served. Parents will be charged 50 cents. The meeting is under direction of Mrs. Elden Nielson, president. Sage Creek PTA The Sage Creek School and PTA are sponsoring a fair Friday, Fri-day, Sept. 23, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. and inviting all parents and friends to attend. There will be displays by each class rides and entertainment and food booths available during the time. Legion-Auxiliary The fall envention of District Dis-trict 4, Legion and Auxiliary will be held Friday at 7:30 p.m., at the Memorial Building in Spanish Fork, announces Dale Johnson, ditsrict commander comman-der and Mrs. Hazel Roylance, district auxiliary president. All members are urged to attend. Light refreshments will be served. Legislative Council meet October 6 The first meeting of the Legislative Leg-islative Council scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 6, will feature talks by political candidates in the November election. The meeting is to be at 9:30 a.m., at Eldred Center, 207 W. 500 N., Provo. Mrs. Douglas Smith. Lehi, is president. Members of the council are invited to bring guests to this meeting. The membership will also be allowed al-lowed a question and answer period following the speakers. |
