Show Couple to stand trial for burglary Jail. The two are accused of taking approximately $50,000 worth of tools from the shop in November of 1980. According to Iron County Sheriff Ira Schoppmann, the two were arrested in Bullhead City, Ariz., on a fugitive warrant issued from the County. The couple voluntarily waived extradition to Utah and on Nov. 16 detectives from the Sheriff's Office and the Cedar City Police Department traveled to Arizona and returned with the suspects. An arraignment date in district court has not yet been set. CEDAR CITY -A man and a woman from Las Vegas, Nev., have been bound over to Fifth District Court to stand trial for the burglary over a year ago of Color Country Diesel. The bind over was ordered by Ninth Circuit Judge Christian Ronnow after a preliminary hearing Friday. Daniel Victor Hancock and Suzane Alicia Baird are charged with theft, a second degree felony; and burglary, a a third degree felony. After a bail hearing, Judge Christian Ronnow set bail at $10,000 cash for Baird and $20,000 cash or $40,000 property for Hancock. The two are still in the Iron County |
